Caroline is the Director of Client Care for Tree Of Life Senior Caregiving Services. A Registered Nurse with over 20 years of certification through the College of Nurses of Ontario, Caroline is dedicated to ensuring a positive client experience, as well as working with the personal support workers and nurses to lead quality, safety and service at Tree of Life.

Caroline has dedicated over 20 years to providing leadership in nursing by advocating and improving the quality of life for seniors in Toronto. Caroline has held various leadership roles as Director of Nursing Care in both the retirement and long term care home communities. She has also been responsible for academic affiliation relationships, academic program partnerships, nursing student clinical placement coordination, nursing career development programs and recruitment of persons into nursing. This work led to a nomination for a Nursing Leadership Award in 2013 by RNAO a province-wide honour for nurses who uphold nursing leadership core values. She has been the guest speaker at various healthcare conferences, nursing workshops and other nursing venues.

Caroline received recognition for her collaborative success on reducing reliance on anti-psychotic drug use in a long term care home. Caroline continues her advocacy while providing exceptional care with compassion and warmth.
